Dr. Feinberg is like no other Veterianarian I've ever encountered over the last 25 yrs in San Diego. He gives 110% of his time and expertise if it's an office visit for an annual check up or diagnosing an illness. You can feel his passion for being a Veterinarian by the way he talks to you and your pet. Dr. Feinberg knows the Pet Owners as well as their pets which is amazing. If I had to use a few words to describe Dr. Feinberg I'd say he's kind, gentle and truly loves being a Veterinarian.

Dr. Sorenson clearly explains the possible causes of symptoms I observe in Dakiene. She tells me the options for addressing the symptoms and/or their causes. She advocates for the least invasive effective approach. If she thinks that Dakiene would benefit fro seeing a specialist, she does not hesitate to say so. Since Dr. Sorenson has known Dakiene (now 11 years old) since she was a puppy, she takes Dakiene's health history into account when considering the possible options to address Dakiene's symptoms and/or their causes. Dr. Sorenson somehow manages to set my mind at ease when I am needlessly worried about Dakiene, and is always prompt at returning my calls or emails.

I trust my snake to no vet but Dr. Greek. What I look for in a vet. Honesty, communicative, patient, clean facility, great pricing, caring, knowledgeable and trust worthy I find all of these qualities and more in Dr. Tom Greek. Plus my snakes like him.Ive tried other vets you cant compare. Its Dr. Greek all the way.

Dr. Zwahlen is our veterinary oncologist and has been treating my cat Eevee for a rare form of cancer for 1 1/2 years. She is always positive, honest, and caring. She coordinates with the other specialists to make sure Eevee is receiving the best overall care, not just the best cancer treatment. She listens to my concerns and never makes me feel stupid when I worry about little things. Where other vets would have given up on my cat, Dr. Zwahlen has given her the care she has needed to not just survive, but thrive. I have a happy, healthy little best friend who I know wouldn't be here today without Dr. Zwahlen, her staff, and all the other great vets at SCVSH.

Besides being a very smart doctor she is gentle and patient with my dogs....and with me!!! She communicates well and has no problem sitting down and talking through the situation always accepting my input positively.

Dr. Bob has been doing Veterinarian work for about 48 years, is about the age to retire but continues his passion of caring for animals. He has his own clinic, and is also President of Pet Emergency Hospital, where he personally makes rounds to care for and follow up on all his Animal Friends. Of all his reviews (16 Yelp, 2 Google, 2 from Nextdoor, and 18 from Wellness website), all are 5shighest ratings possiblewith not a single negative experience or comment posted. Dr. Bob is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, but more than that, he is kind, gentle, and caring (of Pets and their Owners), and with just the right touch, his Patients respond beautifully. He is always honest and direct (a real straightshooter), but always down to earth, and will provide exactly the care that is needed. He puts Animals, their care, and Owners before profits without trying to sell a service that is not neededa problem with many clinics of today. His caring is evidenced in part by the fact that he (amazingly) remembers the little details about his Pet Patients, and their Owners. He has a wonderful bedside manner as does his daughter Missy, who assists at the clinic, and is as well wonderful. This FatherDaughter team provide a wonderful, professional, positive service for such a noble causeproviding the absolute best care for our family members.

Greetings!My vet, Dr. Marie Benitez, is the most awesome vet ever! Following a series of bad experiences with my first vet, their primary interest seemed to be making money, I ventured forth to find someone better. My first dog Cleo is a special needs dog. I rescued her when she was 5 months old. She is very fearful of new things and she is generally distrustful of strangers. Dr. Benitez is the perfect vet for a dog like Cleo. Her kind and caring approach puts Cleo at ease, at least to the degree Cleo can be at ease, and really makes the entire vet visit much easier for both Cleo and for me! My experience with Dr. Benitez has been so positive that it was a no brainer when it came to choosing the vet for my second dog Tucker. Tucker does not enjoy going to the vet, but Dr. Benitez has been patiently working with him over these past 2 years to make him more comfortable with the process. He still whines and complains while we're there, you can't believe what a ruckus a 10-lb dog can create, but he has never shown any agression towards Dr. Benitez or any of the staff at Governor Animal Clinic.All of the doctors at the Governor Animal Clinic are great at what they do, but Dr. Benitez has some special qualities that set her apart from the others!
